Laguna Poker

Poker is the most popular card game in the world.

Now this famous game has ventured outside of traditional casinos, and is available online through a large (and ever-growing) number of poker game sites that allow players to enjoy playing from the privacy of their home.

We are proud to present Laguna Poker, a cutting-edge game engine which lets participants play for either play money or real money. Players can choose between a wide variety of the most popular games, including Texas Hold‘em, Omaha High, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7-Card Stud. Players can also play in Single and Multi-Table Tournaments as their skills improve.

Laguna Poker offers some unique advantages to players, and is an optimal “learning ground” for novice players. For instance, Laguna Poker by default proposes that new players play poker for play money (with absolutely no financial risk),
which provides a safe initial step before playing for real money.

Another advantage is the lack of distractions when playing online, allowing players to concentrate more fully on their game strategy: the online player doesn’t see the other players’ faces, or hear them talking. This provides a quiet and comfortable environment to learn and improve playing strategy. Laguna Poker allows users to perform or access all game actions from its two main game windows: The Lobby window is the main program window for navigation between games and game tables, and for choosing between different game options. The Lobby window is shown in Figure 1-1. The Table window is a visual prototype of a real poker table. A player can play at up to two game tables simultaneously. The Table window is shown in Figure 2-1.
